    Catch Every RingAccount Overview

Master account review and system architecture overview. This document outlines the current state of the CER HighLevel environment and recommended next steps.

    Section 1

    Executive Summary

After reviewing the current Catch Every Ring (CER) HighLevel environment, several opportunities were identified to improve system organization, scalability, and operational clarity.

At present, the system appears to have evolved organically through multiple builds, service providers, and partial implementations. As a result, the account contains excess pipelines, workflows, calendars, and forms — creating unnecessary complexity and making it difficult to confidently deploy the system to clients.

    Primary Recommendation

Simplify and restructure the system architecture — separating agency operations from the client system and establishing a clean snapshot build environment.

This will allow the CER platform to function as a repeatable, scalable AI front desk system for junk removal companies, while maintaining a clean operational structure that can be easily updated and deployed to new clients.

What DOES NOT belong in the Agency Account

The client operational system. That belongs in the snapshot account.

Part 2 — CER Client Snapshot System

The actual system delivered to junk removal companies

With this separation you achieve three critical things:

    1.

Your agency system stays clean — no client operational clutter in your business account.

    2.

Your snapshot stays deployable — one clean build that can be pushed to any new client.

    3.

Your demo environment mirrors the client system — what you show is what they get.
