Each Directory contains a 3-option Call Connect, a perfect way to ensure your customers or prospects get in touch with the right representative; without having multiple phone numbers inside Go High Level. (Sales, Support, & Inquire)

Sales (Option 1) - Connect Call to any selected Sales Reps that speak english or Spanish.

Support (Option 2) - Connect Call to any selected Support Reps that speak English or Spanish.

Inquire (Option 3) - Connect Call to any selected Rep who can handle contact Inquiries that speak English or Spanish.

The Call Directory IVR Automation contains custom fields that will update based on the users gathered input (Key Press). This nurture sequence can be used for Sales, Support, & Inquire Nurture. See example use cases below:
